This publication brings together the four documents that were prepared in the context of the C4C Platform - Cities for Cooperation integrated, together with the Eixo Atlántico, by RIET - Iberian Network of Transboundary Cooperation Entities, MEDCITIES - Network of Cities of the Mediterranean, CAAC - Conference of the Atlantic Arc Cities and FAIC - Forum of Adriatic and Ionian Cities.
These documents were made between January and November 2018 to ensure that the interests of the cities were considered in the preparation of the Multiannual Financial Framework 2021-2027.Originally, the documents were in Spanish, Portuguese and English according to the language of the expert who led the group that produced it. As a consequence, this publication collects all the documents in English and the reports in their original version (one in Spanish and three in Portuguese) since they are the vehicular languages of both the experts and the C4C networks that cover the entire Atlantic seafront and the Mediterranean:
